Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of Inez Paula Fatjo, daughter of Agnes Temple and Luis P. Fatjo, in a baby stroller on the sidewalk in front of the family home, San Francisco, ca. 1933. The young toddler is leaning back in the stroller and has her head turned toward the camera. She is smiling broadly. In the foreground are two shadows, presumably of her parents, while the rear end of the family dog is at the lower right corner. In the background are steps, believed to be to the house, with a hedge taking up most of the upper portion of the image. Small portions of some buildings are at the top of the photo. A wide sidewalk, on the north side of Jackson Street comprises much of the lower portion of the image. On the reverse lower left is the stamped number "23." The date is estimated, because Inez Fatjo was born in February 1932. Aside from dented corners and some discoloration on the reverse edges, the artifact is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
