The thirty-page booklet contains instructions and illustrations on hair waving as well as information on the nature of hair and hair types, shampooing, the health of the scalp, the treatment of dandruff, a diagram of the parts of the Marcel Hair Waver. The booklet was created by Mll. Renee Duval and published by MARCELWAVER COMPANY, Cincinnati, Ohio. The price of the booklet was fifty-cents and appears on the bottom section of the title page. The booklet is in good condition though it does have light abrasion damage, creases and dents to the pages, a loose title page.
