A large rectangular, Native American style rug at the center of the room is surrounded by wooden furniture: cushioned sofa, armchair, rocking chairs and a side table against the window. At the opposite end is partial view of the dining room with a built in hutch and decorative plates on top of the wainscoting. The postcard was previously pasted into an album due to adhesive residue on reverse. It is generally in good condition despite the moderate fading.
