Description

Interior of a Los Angeles store, 13 March 1915. The view shows display cases, bins counters, and shelves along the walls, filled with fruit, canned goods, and other sundry items. Men in white aprons stand next to or behind counters at opposite sides. Inscriptions on the reverse identify them as Charlie Chamberlain (right) and Art Grimm (left), as well as identify the date and location as 3rd and Flower streets. The stamp for photographers Ballay & Ijames is also present. With a significant vertical crease at the right, soiling, and chipping on the mount, the condition is overall fair.
