Description
A photograph of a meat packing plant, Los Angeles, California, ca. 1920s. There are a group of men watching an inspection process of the hanging pigs. Most of the men are in suits and some have on white overcoats. Hooks and other work tools are visible throughout. The back indicates that this was taken by Lackhaus and Hoops with the plant located on Seventh Street. With tears on the top and bottom, mirroring, missing corners, water damage, discoloration, soiling and foxing, the object is in fair condition overall.
