Description
Interior view of a soda fountain, candy shop, drug store, Los Angeles, ca. 1910. The man and woman, presumably the proprietors, stand behind the service counter in the back corner. To the left is a glass display case for the candy and drugs. On the wall is a map of the United States. To the right is a service counter with bar stools for the soda with a mirrored wall and three president portraits hanging above. In the main area are several tables with chairs surrounding for patrons. On a column is posted a sign with the war tax price lists. Ceiling fans are visible. The image is in fair condition with several tears, moderate creases and fading throughout.
