Printed on a form, the company name is at the top with a logo at upper center; address and phone at upper right; and company description at upper left. Sold to Gerckens, who was contracted to do work at the Homestead (see 97.58.9.2-.9, for example), the parts include wire; connectors; condulets; covers; wire solders; flexsteel and conduit.
