INVOICE, ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES FOR HOMESTEAD, 8 APRIL 1921
An invoice from Listenwalter & Gough of Los Angeles to H. P. Gerckens of La Puente, 8 April 1921. Printed on a form, the company name is at the top with a logo at upper center; address and phone at upper right; and company description at upper left. There are fields on the form for customer name; date; invoice (60499), request, and order numbers; terms; and transaction details. At the bottom is a guarantee statement and space for cash discount terms. Sold to Gerckens, who was contracted to do work at the Homestead (see 97.58.9.2-.9, for example), the parts include fixture studs; solid waire; pendant switches; and a panel board. Units, unit prices, and total prices are given. In fair condition, the invoice was folded horizontally into thirds; has two pin holes at the upper left; an acid burn at the center; and discoloration.Lexicon
