At the bottom is a location of other company yards; the driver name; loader's name; charge number (1807); and order number (192). There is a number "1" stamped in red at the lower center. One item, of sixteen sacks of cement, is listed on this invoice. The invoice is in fair condition with a vertical half fold; bent upper left corner; two pin holes at the top center; a few creases along the fold; and slight discoloration.
