An invoice from Patten & Davies Company of Puente to Walter P. Temple, 19 February 1921. The form, which has two punched holes at the top, has the company name, location, and phone number at the top; location; date line; customer name line; and delivery line below this; and a series of columns and rows detailing such information as nunber of items; size; length; description; length of feet; price; and amount. At the bottom is a location of other company yards; the driver name; loader's name; charge number; and invoice number (1210). There is the number "1" stamped in red at the lower center. One item, of forty sacks of cement, is listed on this invoice. The invoice is in fair condition with a vertical half fold; two pin holes at the top center; a few creases at upper center and one at upper left; and slight discoloration.
