INVOICE TO WALTER P. TEMPLE FROM PATTEN & DAVIES LUMBER CO., 28 APRIL 1921
An invoice from Patten & Davies Company of Puente to Walter P. Temple, 28 April 1921. The form, which has two punched holes at the top, has the company name, location, and phone number at the top; location; date line; customer name line; and delivery line below this; and a series of columns and rows detailing such information as number of items; size; length; description; length of feet; price; and amount. At the bottom is a location of other company yards; the driver name; loader's name; charge number (1998); and credit number. There is a number "1" stamped in red at the lower center. One item, of twelve sacks of cement, is listed on this invoice. The invoice is in poor condition with a vertical half fold; a long tear from the edge to the center at the lower right; the lower right corner torn and bent; two pin holes at the top center; a long crease extending at the right from top to bottom; a few creases along the fold; and slight discoloration.
