INVOICE TO WALTER P. TEMPLE FROM PATTEN & DAVIES LUMBER CO., MARCH 1921
An invoice from Patten & Davies Company of Puente to Walter P. Temple, March 1921 (there is no date filled in, but the others in the envelope are from March.) The form, which has two punched holes at the top, has the company name, location, and phone number at the top; location; date line; customer name line; and delivery line below this; and a series of columns and rows detailing such information as nunber of items; size; length; description; length of feet; price; and amount. At the bottom is a location of other company yards; the driver name; loader's name; charge number; and invoice number (1554). There is a number "1" stamped in red at lower center. One item, of fourteen sacks of cement, is listed on this invoice. The invoice is in fair condition with a vertical half fold; two pin holes at the top center; a crease at the upper right corner; and slight discoloration.
