Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the La Casa Nueva courtyard north wall, ca. 1927. The wall is across the bottom center with four beams situated below the balcony. The beam on the far left is carved in what seems to be the likeness of an animal. The beam on the far right is in the likeness of Prince, the Temple family's German shepherd. Part of the west wing's red tile shelf is near the bottom left and banana palms behind which are two arches is the wall. Along the top is the balcony's wood rail which has turned balusters and two plain posts at the far right and left. A textile hanging on the far left partially covers a wicker chair located in the back near a window. To the right of the window is a six-paneled screen door, and a corner of the Main Hall triptych window to the far right. Written in blue ink on the back top left corner is: "South Wall, Western half/ Detail enlargement/ R-10." With no signs of wear, the image is in good condition.
