Description
LA CASA NUEVA FRONT ELEVATION IN CONSTRUCTION FROM THE NORTHEAST
Color: Black; White
A negative of the front elevation of La Casa Nueva, while the building is under construction, ca. 1924. The view, from the northeast, shows the entire front and a small portion of the east side. Notable features include scaffolding along the front, the flooring and supports for the Master Bedroom balcony, and the palm tree planted in front of the house. There is also an automobile parked next to the northeast corner of the buildings. At the far right is a small portion of the west side of the Mission Walkway. Aside from some damage to the edges, which do not affect the image, the artifact is in good condition.
