Color: Black; White
A black and white proof sheet featuring two views of La Casa Nueva's front entrance, 1981. The photograph to the left shows the front entrance in the center taken from the north. Positioned slightly ajar is the front door with an ornate plaster surround along the top and sides. Two small arched windows are on the left and right with a wall lantern above each. Above is a door with a balcony enclosed by an iron grille in the front. In front of the building are two small steps leading to a stone patio with hedges on the left and right. In the foreground are the branches of a palm tree and a stone walkway. The image on the right shows the front entrance from a north-east view and looks the same as the first except for the front door being completely closed and other doors and windows on the far left and right. On the bottom left is a door with six glass panels leading to the living room and above is the small window of the Master Bedroom dressing room. On the bottom right is a door leading to the Music Room on the first floor with the door and balcony above being that of the Music Practice Room. A label identifies each with a number, 780 being the image to the left, and 779 that on the right. On the back bottom right corner is a stamp in black ink crediting Duane C. Alan as the photographer and providing information for his business. With no signs of wear, the image is in good condition.
