LA CASA NUEVA FRONT ENTRANCE SIDE WINDOW FRAME
Color: Brown
A color polaroid photograph of a side window frame at the front entrance of La Casa Nueva, ca. March 1979. The frame, which is either original and stripped of all paint or is a reproduction, rests against a large piece of plywood, which appears to be a temporary barrier where double doors once existed in the Dining Room of the house--note the dark wood frames in the door space. The frame is bare unpainted wood and was to accomodate the reproduced window of either Agnes of Thomas Temple. At lower right are parts of two long clamps used to secure wood when adhesive is applied to parts of doors or windows. With no indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
