Description
LA CASA NUEVA FRONT FROM THE ENCLOSURE WALL TO THE NORTHWEST
Color: Black; White
A black and white negative of La Casa Nueva's front entrance taken from the enclosure wall to the northwest, ca. 1927. The view is from just behind the wall, which is in the foreground. Much of the front elevation is visible, although some of the lower sections are obscured by the wall. Construction on the home looks nearly completed. The trunk of the palm tree in front of the house and a yucca planted near the northeastern part of the building are also of note. At the far left is a portion of the west elevation of the Workman House. In good condition, the item has darkened areas on the edge, but not intruding onto the image.
