Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the La Casa Nueva Library, ca. 1942. At left is the northern window with stained glass scenes from Cervantes' Don Quixote and two rows of tile in the window seat. Toward the center is the western bookcase, with some of the woodcarving details visible. At the lower portion is the wood floor, which can also be seen at right through the arch leading into the music room. There is no furniture in either space. On the reverse center is the penciled number "35" crossed out and replaced by the number "33." At the top right is the pencil inscription "#20." Aside from some light discoloration, the artifact is in good condition.
