LA CASA NUEVA LIVING ROOM CHRISTMAS DECORATION
Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph and three duplicates of Christmas decorations in the Living Room of La Casa Nueva, taken by Carol Crilly, December 1982. This image is a slightly different view from taken in item .1043. A Christmas tree, fully decorated with tinsel, popcorn strings and ornaments and having presents at its base is in the center near the fireplace, which is at left. This has Christmas decorations, consisting mainly of greens on the wooden mantel. Also notable are some of the historic tiles around the opening. In the foreground is a coffee table with a bowl of popcorn, partially completed string of popcorn and a box of Christmas lights. Other furnishings in the room include a mirror over the fireplace at upper left; a sofa at lower right; a radio along the east wall near the french doors to the exterior; and a chair and lamp in front of those french doors. On the reverse is a stamp reading "This paper manufactured / by Kodak. / JAN 83 SSD" in two places with part of a third stamp at one edge. With little or no indication of wear or damage, the print is in good condition.
