Color: Black; White
A negative of La Casa Nueva's Main Hall looking southeast, ca. 1927. The photographer stood in the archway to the Music Room and the view includes, from left to right, a chair in the corner, a wall sconce, a shawl hanging from the rail on the first stair landing, a wooden or metal rod extending from a stair rail post on the right, a wooden or plaster column with a braided pole, and what appears to be a framed picture leaning against the west wall. A portion of the triptych window is visible at center top, as is part of one of the corbels on the east side of the room. A print developed from this negative is 96.12.1.7. With little evidence of wear or damage, the item is in good condition.
