Description

LA CASA NUEVA MISSION WALKWAY SOUTHERN VIEW, CIRCA 1925. A black and white reproduction photograph of southern elevation of the mission walkway outer wall and La Casa Nueva, circa 1925. The photograph was taken from the field southwest of La Casa Nueva. In the foreground is a smoothed dirt area and part of the field area. Pieces of wood and some wood poles are on the ground. A few small trees are seen in the field, without growth, suggesting it was winter. Some pine and palm trees are seen near the mission walkway wall and near the driveway from Turnbull Canyon Road. A mound of dirt is seen at right center. To the far left is seen a bank of circuit panels mounted on the wall of the walk. The roof and second floor patio pillars of La Casa Nueva are visible. There is some unidentifiable material covering the tops of each pillar. From a negative owned by Ruth Ann Michaelis. In mint condition. None Number-Units: 1
