LA PUENTE VALLEY HISTORICAL SOCIETY PAMPHLET, 1976. The pamphlet describes the medallion's designs and its historical meaning. Walter P. Temple Jr. is cited as the creater of the designs on the medallion and Hal Reed as the sculptor of the medallion.
