MAGAZINES, "LAND OF SUNSHINE," published by Land of Sunshine Publishing Co., Inc., Los Angeles, April 1901 issue. The magazine contains poetry, fiction, article on history, gardening, Pasadena, transportation, and some regular features. There are drawings and photographs as illustrations, as well. With losses to the back cover, tears, stains, creasing and edge and corner wear to the covers, but generally clean pages, the overall condition is fair.
