LAPD booking card for Fred Hammel, 15 February 1908. The front of the card contains two photographs, one a frontal and the other a side view, of the suspect, as well as much physical information, including width of body parts, marks, height and weight, and other information. The reverse has his name, arrest date, occupation, descent, crime (indecent exposure and burglary), name of arresting officer, sentence, and identifying marks. At the bottom is the note: "Wanted at Pasadena Burg- 2 charges." Hammel was convicted and sentenced to ninety days in jail on 20 February. With browning, paper curvature, soiling, and a few stains, the condition is fair.Lexicon
