"Larchmont Heights," published by Frank Meline Company, 1920s. The map covers an area bounded by Melrose Avenue on the north, Rosewood Avenue on the south, west of Vine Street (now Arden Boulevard) on the west, and east of Gower Street on the east. There are lot numbers, measurements of depth and width, some prices for lots written in ink, and contact information for the developer and some text about the tract at the top. A sheet from a printed message pad was attached with a pin, dated September 1920, and with pencil inscriptions on the pad noting the price per lot of three lots not so identified on the map. With an original fold, creases, edge browning and tears, and the pin holes, the condition overall is good.Lexicon
