A laundry bag for linens, ca. 1920s. Across the top is an opening with two strings at either end for tying closed. Embroidered in script at the bottom is "Linen." At the bottom right corner are three long-stemmed flowers. The writing and the flowers are all in blue. The inside lining has designs of Asian structures, gardens, boats, and birds, all in blue printing. With folds and some stains, the object is in good condition overall.Lexicon
