Lease: Zelia Sentous, Lessor, to Jean Allec, 1 October 1916 to 30 September 1921; Jean Allec Papers; Completed, typed and signed lease to farm wheat, oats, barley, hay for five years a portion of Rancho La Puente. Estimated at 250 acres described as the vallecitos, bordered by the main spring, Hollenbeck ranch in addition to another parcel of land adjoining the springs to the south to plant alfalfa. Includes attorney stamp of H. M. Barstow in the Higgins Building, Los Angeles. Overall good condition, minor creases along edges and folds, minor tears.
