Description
Letter(a) and envelope (b) for the Redwing Hatchery, Los Angeles, 1928-29. The firm operated at 2046 E. Florence at the corner of Alameda Street and a company by that name operates today in Lancaster and may be the same. Addressed to a San Luis Obispo customer soliciting the purchase of baby turkeys. General condition is good, creases and folds, minor surface soiling. Envelope is in fair condition, moderate abrasion and some loss at edges.
