Description
Letter, Diocese of Los Angeles and San Diego to Catherine Flori, 9 November 1923. The missive (a) requests Flori to appear before an ecclesiastical judge concerning her claim of non-consummation of marriage between her and George H. Riggert at a hearing at the Cathedral Residence at St. Vibiana's Cathedral on the 13th. The envelope (b) is also present and was registered. The latter has the opening tear, stains and creases, while the letter has original folds, creasing and light soiling, so the overall condition is good.
