a)Envelope: White envelope addressed to Mr. Frank R. Lohman/ 3819 Walnut Street/ Philadelphia in black ink. Upper left corner has a picture of the hotel Lafayette with address printed below it. Postmark reads: "Buffalo/ AUG 16/ 4 PM/ N. Y./ 1926". One 10 cents and one 2 cents stamps and cancellation marks are at top right corner. b) Letter: Three pages of text written on white paper with "Hotel Lafayette" letterhead in black ink. Envelope was torn open along top edge and is soiled. Overall physical condition and appearance is fair. Mr. Frank R. Lohman/ 3819 Walnut Street/ Philadelphia
