LETTER FROM PERRY WORDEN TO WALTER P. TEMPLE, POSTMARKED 7 JUNE 1924 Color: White, yellow A letter (a) with blank page (b) and envelope (c) from Perry Worden to Walter P. Written on the front of the envelope in ink in Walter Temple's hand is "Attention Mr. Woodruff" and in pencil below this, also by Temple, is "Dr Worden." It is presumed these have to do with the purchase of books mentioned in the letter. the address and community names where worden lived are also written here. Both are in good condition with half-folds; a few creases; and very light discoloration. The envelope is on plain white stationery, with the address typed on the same machine as the letter. Walter Temple made notations on both sides (see Other-IDs.) With the opening tear at the top; Many creases; stains from the adhesive on the envelope's reverse; end discoloration, the envelope is in fair condition.
