Letter typed on official letterhead of City of Los Angeles Department of Public Service, 7 December 1916. Addressed to the R. A. Rowan Company at the Title Insurance Building in Los Angeles, the letter inquires about a billing issue and is signed by someone in the Bureau of Water Works and Supply. There is a received stamp at the top underneath the title and illustration of Mt. Whitney. The response to this letter is typed on the reverse. A pencil inscription is at the bottom of the page. The letter is in good condition with a minor tear at the top left.
