A letter from an unknown author to J. Clem Arnold. 18 February 1915. The author states that he has not heard from Mr. Arnold since his office visit. The author remains open to selling Mr. Arnold some of the North Whittier Heights property if he is still interested, and reminds him that the Spring planting season is not far off. The author also reminds Mr. Arnold that he failed to stop by the property despite his prior plan to do so. Nevertheless, the author urges Mr. Arnold to make another appointment if he desires to see the property. There is some minor discoloration on the right side of the document.
