"Long Beach Field, Los Angeles County, California", 31 December 1922. The area covered is from the Los Angeles River between Willow and Wardlow on the west to Lakewood Boulevard on the east and from Pacific Coast Highway on the south to Wardlow on the north. Most of the area included in the map is now within the city of Signal Hill with the Pacific Electric Railway right-of-way at the left and center being the boundary with Long Beach. While there are tract blocks and lots, streets, rail lines, and other features, well sites are also included along with ink inscriptions. With edge tears, browning, dogeared corners, creases, and tears, along with soiling, the condition is fair.
