A baseball card of Pacific Coast League player Weis of the Los Angeles Angels, 1927. The image shows the player on a baseball field in uniform posed just after hitting a ball and he holds a bat by the handle in his right hand. In the background are other players on the field and bleachers in a stadium. At the bottom right is the inscription " 27/ ZEENUT / SERIES / WEIS / LOS ANGELES." Zeenut, a food producer, distributed the cards. The reverse has a pencil inscription reading "Arthur J / .8 / Cub." With a great deal of soiling, abraded edges with losses, dented corners, creases, and stains, the artifact is in fair condition.
