"Los Angeles Architectural Club," Yearbook, Third Exhibition, 23 February to 15 March 1912. It includes a patron, officers, member and exhibitors list. The remaining of the book consists of photographs and drawings of buildings, residences, gardens and architectural details, and some international buildings. Some pages are adhered to each other due to water damage. The yearbook is in fair condition with a cracking spine, water damage throughout, staining and abrasion to the cover, inactive mold residue on some pages.
