"Los Angeles at 8th & Hill after an hour's rain," 1906. The view shows two men with shovels looking to clear the flooded intersection. In the background are a few two-story structures that contain commercial and residential spaces and there are a few trees in front of one. The image is faded or poorly exposed and there is a significant vertical crease at the right, so the condition is fair.
