Los Angeles City Hall, by Harvey E. High, November 1927. The image shows the building from the south on Main Street and, while the building is largely completed, there are some workers on a scafford on the lower portion of the south end. Portions of Main Street, the Natick House building, automobiles, and pedestrians are also in view. On the reverse is an ink inscription "26" and High's stamp. A photocopy of High's notes reads "New City Hall now under construction at Los Angeles, Calif., Nov. 1927." There is light edge wear and reverse soiling and the condition is good.Lexicon
