Los Angeles City Hall, Moss Photographer, 12 April 1928. The view is a panorama of the newly-completed structure showing its west elevation from Spring Street. There are portions of surrounding areas in view, including the Bank of Italy building, as well as parked cars on Spring, the old New High Street, and other features. The negative number and maker's mark are at the bottom. On the reverse is a caption from a San Francisco newspaper, the date, pencil inscriptins, and Moss's stamp with his address, phone, and negative number, With light edge wear and tape on the caption, the condition is good.
