Description
Los Angeles City Hall nearing completion, Keystone Photo Service, ca. March 1928. The 28-story landmark is nearly done, although there is a scaffold at the entrance portico and material in the courtyard behind. Additionally, there are bear areas around the building where landscape would be added. Through windows can be seen empty spaces not fully finished. In the foreground are cars parked along streets, and a section of the Bank of Italy building is at left. There are pencil inscriptions, a Keystone stamp and other markings on the revese. With some stains, soiling, yellowing, and a paper clip shadow, the overall condition is good.
