A first premium ribbon issued at the Los Angeles County Fair, Pomona, 17 September 1929. The royal blue colored ribbon has gold lettering with the type of award, the fair name, location and year, and the category of "Household Arts." On the reverse is a sewed-on card with the date, class, prize and winner's name, as well the manufacturer of the ribbon. A blue-colored rope is attached to the ribbon via a metal grommet at the top. With some fading of lettering and slight darkening of the paper card, the condition is good.
