There is a driver and a passenger in the front seat of the vehicle, the passenger being William Mulholland. At the left there is an American flag and bunting on a structure. In the background, the road appears to continue along the hillsides. It may be that this event had something to do with the Mulholland Highway in the Santa Monica Mountains. There is damage affecting the image at the bottom, including pest infestation and there is some general soiling, but the overall condition is fair.
