The light blue cover has a logo of a lyre at the top, the orchestra name, at the center, the name of its founder, conductor and manager below the name, and the program item, date, and season dates are at the bottom. Details about the program are on the first page, followed by listings of the orchestra's directors, manager, advisory board, women's committee of the orchestra association, regional boards, and loge and box holders for the season. Photos of the conductor, Georg Schneevoigt, and the guest conductor for an upcoming program precede a lengthy set of program notes. At the end of the program notes is the roster of orchestra musicians. The last page lists upcoming programs. Many advertisements, most from music-related companies and individuals, are throughout the program. On the front is a library stamp, another stamp for reference, and a label with the program date typed on it. Aside from this, the document is in good condition with light cover discoloration, a small stain on the top of the back cover and staple tarnish.
