Description

Los Angeles Plaza Church, ca. 1920s. The view appears to be from the north in a small park, where there is now a city parking lot. An arched entrance is right of center and a shingled, gabled roof is at the right. The main entrance appears to be at the far left, presumably Main Street next to that. The park has palm trees, walks, a lawn, fencing, and shrubs. There are golden circles in a few areas, indicating exposure problems. On the reverse is a pencil inscription, probably modern, reading "original / oldest church in Los An." With stains on the back corresponding to the circles mentioned above, a creased corner, a missing corner and other edge wear, the overall condition is good.
