"Los Angeles Tomorrow," a pamphlet issued by the Department of Research, Los Angeles Trust and Savings Bank, 1921. The item consists of an essay by bank vice-president Motley Flint about the prospect of the city's development amidst rapid growth and material shortages. Tables of financial and demographic information are provided as is a message from Governor Stephens. Flint, implicated in the Julian petroleum scandal, was murdered in a Los Angeles courtroom in 1930. With soiling, browning and a few creases, the condition is good.
