A negative of a streetcar run by the Los Angeles Traction Company, ca. 1905. The image shows the car parked on a residential street and with conductors standing on the street in front of the car. The car has two open areas of seating on either end and an enclosed area at the center. On the side of this latter is the company name and car number. At the top is the connector leading from the car to the overhead electric cable. Behind the car, at the background, is part of a house. With light surface scratches and slight warping, the overall condition is good.
