Published for his School and Family Georgraphy, the map shows the entirety of the country, recently extended from the Atlantic to the Pacific, with the west largely consisting of large territories and the state of California. At the lower left is an inset showing the gold fields of California, as the Gold Rush was at its peak. The overall condition is good.Lexicon
