"McConnell's Economic Survey of Seventh Street from Spring Street to Figueroa Street," by Cormac McConnell, 1929 with revisions to 1936. The item, on a vellum paper, shows the buildings along both sides of Seventh from Spring Street through Figueroa, providing such data as building address, name, and dimensions, including stories; building tenants; assessed valuation for buildings; width of streets; and other information. There is a legend at the bottom right, as well. It also includes two other smaller pieces showing key to ownership. The paper is fragile and there is a long tear at the right. Along with creases, edge wear, and some soiling, the condition is poor.
