"Mining and Oil Bulletin," Volume 1 Number 12, issued by the Chamber of Mines and Oil, Los Angeles, November 1915. The artifact has 32 pages and a gray cardstock cover with the title and the publisher's name at the top of the front. The latter is against a line-drawing of an oil field. The date and price are at the center. A square box is at the bottom and within this are the contents. Written in pencil at the right of the front is "Gold of Tom Reed etc." On the back is an illustrated advertisement for Ingersoll-Rand jackhamers. At the beginning of the inside are advertisements and a table of contents. Included are articles on oil industry legislation; mining developments in Oatman, Arizona; mining investments; stock broker advice; mining engineers' day; the Moreland Truck Company; California gold production for 1914; and more. At the end is a buyer's guide. Many black and white photographs are included. A supplement was in the issue and is item .2. The object is in fair condition with some abrasions; creases; dents; some soiling; discoloration; marks; small stains; and small tears.
