"Minority Report of the Directors of the State-Prison to the Legislature of the State of California," document number 11, California Assembly, 16 February 1856. The report contains some financial information and material relative to the use of prisoners in various types of labor and also includes a copy of an indenture for the purchase of private property for San Quentin. With browning, creases, some edge tears, and soiling, the condition is fair.
